Rentals

TRC now offers rental space that’s right for your needs. Wanting a party space, meeting room, performance stage, or an outdoor practice field… We have something for everyone! Rental types include but are not limited to meetings, birthday parties, team practices, graduation parties, weddings, anniversary parties, and much more. Rental information:

All rentals require a 2-week notice to ensure we have staff on hand to provide your rental services.
All fees are required to be paid at the time of making the reservation.
All renters and attendees must wear a mask according to the mask mandate policy.
If payment has NOT been made 2 weeks before requests, you will not be eligible to reserve requested date.
Rentals with 100 guests or more are required to obtain and pay for an off-duty security officer to be present for the entire length of the rental. Failure to do so will forfeit the rental without a refund.
Dates and times are based on availability. TRC programs and activities take precedence over rental space.
All rentals include the setup of tables and chairs. No linens provided.
A $500 Security Deposit (debit or credit card) will be held and processed if facility damages occurred during the rental.
$50 per hour with a minimum of a two-hour rental for sound system usage. (Only in gym)
No keys will be given out, a building attendant or custodian will unlock the sound system.
Renter must schedule a training session at least a week prior to using it. This is mandatory for use!
TRC Director approval for commercial rentals. A commercial rental is when a fee will be charged by the renter to others to use the facility either by an admission charge at the door, advance ticket sales, or registration fees. Commercial rentals have a higher rental fee.
Alcohol is NOT permitted in TRC facilities or on TRC properties.
No adhering decorations on walls or ceilings. No pinatas, rice, birdseed, sand, potpourri, confetti, glitter, or similar loose decoration items may be thrown or used for decorations inside or outside the building. Dance wax, fog/smoke machines, and dry ice are prohibited for use. No open-flamed candles are allowed in the building. Fake battery-operated candles are acceptable.

Cancellations and Refunds

All rental cancellations must be received at least 1 month before the date of the rental to receive a full refund and will be subject to a $30 refund fee.
Absolutely no refunds will be given less than 30 days prior to the rental date.
