Rentals

Beginning August at TRC you have the option of choosing the rental space that’s right for your needs. Needing a party space, meeting room, performance stage, or an outdoor practice field… We have something for everyone! Rental types include but are not limited to meetings, birthday parties, team practices, graduation parties, weddings, anniversary parties, and much more. Please contact the TRC business office to inquire more about how to get set up.

  • Outdoor Facilities
    • Monday - Saturday 8:00 am - 8:00 pm
Rental information:
  • All rentals require a 2-week notice to ensure we have staff on hand to provide your rental services.
  • All fees are required to be paid at the time of making the reservation.
  • Rentals with 100 guests or more are required to obtain and pay for an off-duty security officer to be present for the entire length of the rental. Failure to do so will forfeit the rental without a refund.
  • Dates and times are based on availability. TRC programs and activities take precedence over rental space.
  • All rentals include the setup of tables and chairs. No linens provided.
  • A $200 Security Deposit (debit or credit card) will be held and processed if facility damages occurred during the rental. 
  • TRC Director approval for commercial rentals. A commercial rental is when a fee will be charged by the renter to others to use the facility either by an admission charge at the door, advance ticket sales, or registration fees. Commercial rentals have a higher rental fee.
  • Alcohol is NOT permitted in TRC facilities or on TRC properties.
  • No adhering decorations on walls or ceilings. No pinatas, rice, birdseed, sand, potpourri, confetti, glitter, or similar loose decoration items may be thrown or used for decorations inside or outside the building. Dance wax, fog/smoke machines, and dry ice are prohibited for use.  No open-flamed candles are allowed in the building. Fake battery-operated candles are acceptable.


Cancellations and Refunds

  • All rental cancellations must be received at least 1 month before the date of the rental to receive a full refund and will be subject to a $30 refund fee.
  • Absolutely no refunds will be given less than 30 days prior to the rental date.
