Winter Youth Recreational Basketball
The primary purpose of our recreational programs is to offer youth an opportunity to participate and enjoy a basketball experience in a healthy developmental recreational setting. Teams participate in a 6-game season, featuring weekly games and regular practice opportunities. As with all of our recreational youth sports programs, our recreation basketball league is founded on a consistent set of core values... Inclusion, Skill Development, Sportsmanship, Character Development, and a Lifelong Enjoyment of the game. Lace’Em Up, and Let’s Play!

The primary purpose of our travel basketball program is to build a feeder program for the TUSD#202 middle school and high school in a competitive setting. Teams participate in a 6-game season outside of Turner, featuring weekly games, practices, and a tournament. Players are placed onto teams by multiple factors (school boundary, grade, and skill assessment).

TRC is looking for volunteer coaches and parents for our Youth Sports programs. If you are interested in being a coach, please fill out a coach's application today! Youth Coaches are required to pass a national background screening.
