Catalog FAQ

  • You will not receive a credit or refund on your account.
  • You will get a credit on your account in Community Pass that you can apply to future fees and registrations.
  • First, you must have an account in Community Pass. You can create an account or sign into your existing account here.  After you have created an account you can register for programs listed in our Winter Catalog.
  • The fitness center is currently open for existing members ONLY. Due to facility capacity and safety regulations, we are not currently accepting new members. To get more information on the fitness center click here
  • TRC staff and program instructors will primarily contact members through their e-mail. All members are encouraged to input an active e-mail into their Community Pass account. 
  • To update or change your e-mail follow these steps:
    1. Log onto your Community Pass account (Click here to log on)
    2. In the top left corner click "My Account
    3. Under "Account Information" scroll down to Primary Contact
    4. Click "edit" then update your Primary E-mail
    5. Once you have updated your e-mail click "Update Account"
  • All members who had a class or program canceled will receive a credit on their Community Pass account. To receive your credit please give us a call at (913)287-2111.
