As part of your TRC Summer Camp Application, please make sure you put any information regarding camper allergies, medical needs, and emergency contacts in the application to make sure we have it documented for our staff to prepare and help you any way we can through this process. At TRC, we take this very serious as healthy, and safety is one of our main priorities as we address any concerns we may have regarding this matter. If you have already turned in your application and did not put this information on it, please call or e-mail the Recreation Program Director and we can put that into your application!

At TRC, we are here to help each child reach their individual goals, based on their needs. We know some children require alternative support and expectations to help them do their best every day. It is so important that we work with you and your child to learn more about what they need. If your child has an IEP, IFSP, or 504 plan, please share that with the director so that we can help ensure a smooth transition for your child and they can thrive in summer camp.
