June 9, 2021 6pm-8pm	Turner Community Garden hosted New Story Church's youth volunteers. They were divided into three groups. One group in the Shady Grove, another in the Pollinator Garden, and the third in the Giving Grove orchard. They removed some of the wood poppies, placed them in the Pollinator Grove, and planted coleus in the Shady Grove. They weeded and watered the beds in the Pollinator Garden, added and replaced velcro tying the fence segments together in the youth beds. They trimmed some of the fall-blooming clematis away from the summer-blooming clematis. . They planted and watered flowers and herbs in the wheelchair beds in the parking lot. In the orchard they thinned the fruit in the apple trees. By the greenhouse they transplanted the volunteer zinnias from the road to the bed next to the greenhouse. They watered the zinnias.
